Since 2014, Alice Chauchat has been developing choreographic research on the ethics of intimacy through radical difference. She dances to activate correlated questions such as "not knowing", "tend towards or approach" and studies the qualities of commitment they generate. This ongoing research generates a body of work in the form of dance scores, choreographic concepts and performances. It takes place in dance studios, exhibition spaces, on stage and in print. Alice Chauchat has shared this work with countless peers, students and dance enthusiasts in Europe and North America, in college and educational settings as well as at social events.

Alice Chauchat's work is in deep affinity with the issues raised by the Fabulous Techniques project. His scores (oracle dance, telepathic dance, dance as companionship, etc) propose to the feeling and the action of the dancers extrinsic agencies and speculative fiction.
